I wrote you a poem.
One I would never get past that mind filter of yours.
I dared not prescribe it the paper or any white walls for words.
It was too delicate for the weight of gravity between us.
But if you caught my eye, and held it.
If only for a minute,,
You would read every line like it was the last.
For it is.
And it is all contained there.
The heart of every poem i have ever written,
The sweetness of every kiss I have shared with existence.
If you only dared,
To face me.
To gaze upon my soul like it was your own,
And finally see.
All the love I have ever learned
Began in a garden
We danced upon
