Information for returns within Australia

 

Please return your item to below Postal address and include your name and Order number within the parcel. You can re-use the compostable bag we sent your item/s in.

Return Postage Cost:

We cover return postage if your item was faulty or you need to change the size.(please email us your receipt so we can refund you the postage cost.)

For change of mind we ask that you cover the return postage cost.

For Sale items we do not offer returns so please choose wisely.

 

International returns

We offer returns and refunds however the shipping costs are at your own expense and can be quite costly to Australia so please choose your purchases wisely.

Please ship to above address and include your full order name and number so we can refund you. 

We do not offer Returns on Sale items unless they're faulty.

 

Refunds

We will process your refund once your item/s has been returned

Please include your Full name that you placed your order under so we can locate your order.

Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
